Vistek originally engineered ‘House of Mirrors’ by Keith Courtney and Christian Wagstaff at Creative Production Services for MoMA’s Dark Mofo Festival in Hobart, 2016.

The project concept relied on the ability to rapidly erect and then dismantle the installation so that it could be packed in shipping containers and toured to anywhere in the world. This produced many structural challenges however, due to the nature of the endless reflections achieved by the mirror layout, poor detailing could have completely undermined the illusionary effect that CPS sought to achieve.

House of Mirrors was launched at Dark MOFO 2016 to great acclaim and subsequently has visited Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Bendigo, Toronto and Singapore

The great success of this project is a testament to Vistek’s ability to work collaboratively with the broader CPS team.
